Environmental Nonconformance Management
The nonconformance report (NCR / 缺失表) is LaParty's standard tool for documenting environmental and operational deficiencies found during factory site inspections — both at Taiwan supplier factories and the Vietnam production facility. After each inspection, a completed Excel spreadsheet is sent to the factory with numbered items, descriptions, expected correction dates, and requirements for before/after photos.

June 24, 2022 inspection — 50 nonconformances recorded across 1F and 2F production areas:
Sanitation & Pest Control
- Damp cloth left unsorted near 1F entry sink; hand dryer not plugged in
- Kitchen walls have cobwebs; no mosquito trap lamps or mouse traps in place
- No mouse traps anywhere around the factory perimeter
- Film blowing area: mosquito trap lamps partially unpowered; no mouse traps
- Dirty and cluttered area between film blow machines #24 and #25
Material & Aisle Management
- Film rolls beside machine #1 blocking fire exit corridor
- All resin pellets stored without pallets; pellets exposed without cover
- All resin pellet buckets without lids
- Bagged pellets, ink drums, and collection rolls left in walkways
- 2F: roll materials stored near elevator; pallets scattered without marking
Equipment
- Machines E-07 through E-14: products, toolboxes, cups, boards, and iron rods left on machines
- Machine #17 (chain machine): tools, gloves, and cloth left on top
- Between machines E-19 and E-20: products, cardboard, and waste in aisle
- Material mixing machine dirty and contaminated
- Film blow machines dusty; windows dirty with insect debris
Facilities & Safety
- 1F restroom: no emergency eyewash station; no hand dryer
- Film blow area weighing table: box cutters (non-safety type) in drawer
- Mold on walls near 2F–3F office stairwell
- 1F workshop: window screens damaged or missing
- Windbreak curtains near film blow machines dirty; paint peeling from walls
Nian Feng Factory (2022-06-24)
June 24, 2022 inspection, focusing on food-safety compliance and material handling:
Finished Goods & Raw Materials
- Finished goods not covered (resolved: palletized and shrink-wrapped)
- Resin bags not covered or placed on pallets
- Paper tubes stored directly on the floor
Facility Condition
- Ceiling mold — requires cleaning and treatment
- Ceiling paint peeling (factory's responsibility)
- Tool boxes left on the floor; must be returned to storage after use
- Missing lamp covers — confirmed to be LED lamps
Pest Control
- Mosquito trap lamps need numbering system (confirmed counts: 1F×18, 2F×10, 3F×12)
- Cleaning log records to be created; regular cleaning schedule required
Personnel & Hygiene
- Workers in rear production area not wearing hair nets
- Doors must remain closed at all times
- Plastic strip curtains have gaps; additional strips required
- Dark spots on walls/floors require cleaning
Xiao Xie Factory (2022-06-27)
June 27, 2022 inspection. Uses before/after photo format plus on-site discussion notes:

Vietnam factory nonconformance records for 2026 are tracked in 越南缺失表.xlsx. A presentation documenting corrective actions from a January 14, 2026 site walk (260114 現場巡場缺失更正.pptx) was prepared for the same period, showing photographic before/after evidence of completed corrections.
Deficiency Tracking Process
- Site inspection conducted; nonconformances photographed and documented
- Excel NCR sheet issued to factory
- Factory fills in expected correction dates and returns the sheet
- LaParty reviews post-correction photos for each item
- Outstanding items from prior visits are added to the next inspection's re-check list
