Quality Management
La Party Corporation Vietnam's quality management system is built to SQF Edition 9 and ISO food packaging standards. It covers raw material receiving controls, in-process controls, finished goods inspection, customer complaint handling, and corrective action management.
Raw Materials
La Party Corporation Vietnam manufactures plastic bags using PE-series resin as the primary raw material, supplemented by printing inks, color masterbatches, and blending agents. All purchasing, receiving, and issuance activities are systematically recorded.
Scrap Tracking
The Vietnam factory records scrap by production line and shift each month using the form titled 廢料統計表 / BIỂU THỐNG KÊ PHẾ LIỆU. Source files are stored in OneDrive under 越南廢料表/ (e.g., 76_廢料統計表-biểu thống kê phế liệu(11月)－231114.xlsx).
