US Pack Expo Booth Registration SOP​

Step 1: Obtain a Booking Code​

  • Email the Pack Expo show office or designated contact requesting a Booking Code
  • Always register under Arbor Pak — registering under the Taiwan company name routes through the Taiwan distributor and doubles the cost

  • 2025 Booking Code used: bdwqts

Step 2: Online Booth Selection​

  1. Visit the show's booth-sales URL (provided by the show office each cycle)
  2. Enter the Booking Code; confirm basic company information
  3. Select booth position on the interactive floor map — prefer entrance-adjacent, clean booth numbers
  4. Fill in booth size (10×10); note desired booth number in comments
  5. Choose the Gold package (best value)
  6. Confirm order line items: booth fee + Gold Packaging fee; payment via credit card (authorized by Mr. Wu)

Step 3: Payment & Confirmation​

  • Watch for installment payment deadline notices from the show office
  • After payment confirmation, the show office sends an agreement and invoice
  • Email the show office to confirm the designated booth number, attaching proof of payment and order number
  • Show office reissues an official invoice with booth number confirmed
